Mulberry Glazed Chicken Wings

Servings 5 wings


  • 250 g Chicken wings
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mulberry Syrup
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Oil


  • In a bowl, coat raw chicken wings with baking powder, salt and pepper.
  • Bake them at 300F for 1hour or until the chicken is cooked inside out.
  • In a frying pan add in 2tsp of oil, and then garlic. Brown the garlic for about a min.
  • Then, add in all the sauces and cook for about 2-3mins.
  • Add in the baked chicken wings, and cook with sauce for about 3mins.
  • Serve it hot!
